COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Founded in 1998, ONOFF Electric Co., Inc (the "ONOFF Electric") is a high-tech enterprise that provides green energy conversion and application products and solutions to global customers. The Company integrates research and development, sales, manufacturing, and services. The Company was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) system in 2014 (stock code: 831564).
Since its founding, the Company has focused on the green energy sectors of wind power, photovoltaic power, and station energy, adopting OEM/ODM/OBM business models. ONOFF Electric is committed to the R&D, innovation, smart manufacturing, and global sales of three main product lines: power conversion and control products, industrial environmental control products, and enclosure solutions. The Company has two R&D bases, a global sales network, and five manufacturing sites in North China, East China, and Mexico.
ONOFF Electric has inherited nearly 30 years of advanced electrical equipment manufacturing genes and first-class international enterprise cooperation experience, actively practiced and improved new quality productivity, researched, developed and produced green and efficient electric energy conversion equipment and products, and provided application solutions for different industries and customers to assist in the construction and development of new power systems in the context of global energy transformation. The products provided by the Company include: Power electronics and energy conversion system, intelligent electrical control system, electric energy storage system, industrial environmental control system, station energy equipment, integrated enclosure solutions and related accessories. These products have been certified for quality and safety with China "CQC", North America's "ETL", and the European Union's "CE" certifications. Most of the Company's clients are primarily Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders, with its operations spanning across Asia, North America, and Europe, in 13 countries.
The Company has consistently increased its R&D investment over the years, holding more than 170 technological patents (including 22 invention patents). ONOFF Electric is recognized as a national "Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovational" Little Giant enterprise and has been awarded titles such as "Hebei Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Pilot Enterprise", " National Green Plant", and passed the certification of integration system of industrialization and industrialization in 2019 and the certification of energy management system in 2022. It has established a technical platform composed of experts in electrical engineering, power electronics, intelligent control, thermal management, and mechanical engineering. Furthermore, the Company has built an advanced sales, R&D, delivery, and service system, with comprehensive production, testing, and inspection capabilities.
