Basic job requirements: 
Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation, engineering management or related fields. 
More than 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience in the new energy, energy storage, or manufacturing industries. 
Familiar with project management processes, PMP or equivalent qualifications are preferred. 
Strong English reading and writing skills, capable of basic English communication. 

Job Responsibilities: 
① Decompose sales targets based on the company's annual business plan, develop sales action plans, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and effectively supervise and adjust the implementation process. 
② Organize and follow up with various departments to ensure the development and execution of order plans, coordinate and solve various problems that arise during the order execution process, and ensure the smooth connection of all aspects of the project. 
③ Responsible for the collection of accounts receivable, establishing and maintaining a ledger to ensure timely collection and effective management of accounts receivable. 
④ Master the detailed status of each stage of project execution, timely transmit customer information, ensure transparency of project progress among all parties, and guarantee project delivery quality. 
⑤ Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, investigating and analyzing customer satisfaction, developing improvement measures based on customer feedback, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening customer stickiness.
