Entry Ceremony

On July 3, the company held a grand "Seagull 24th Entry Ceremony" in the A1A2 meeting room. Company President Chen Hongwei, Vice President Zhao Wei, Marketing Center General Manager Zhang Haitao, Manufacturing Center General Manager Niu Mingzhan, Quality Center General Manager Ma Runyu, Operations Center General Manager Chen Qin, HR Center General Manager Diao Yingcui, Procurement Center Deputy General Manager Zhang Chunyan, Seagull 22nd representative Yang Xu, all 24th Seagull members, and their mentors gathered together to witness this important moment of welcoming new talent.

At the ceremony, HR Center General Manager Diao Yingcui gave a detailed introduction to the profound background of the Seagull project and the carefully planned implementation plan. She also read out the "Appointment Letters for the 24th Seagull Mentors" and, on behalf of the company, expressed a warm welcome and high expectations to the newly joined 24th Seagulls."

Through recommendations from employing departments, the formulation and review of mentoring plans, and the review and evaluation by the management committee members, excellent mentors were selected, and appointment letters were issued to all mentors. As a representative of the mentors, Li Quan, manager of the Energy Storage Quality Department in the Quality Center, delivered an inspiring speech.
