On July 3, 2024, with the new breeze blowing, OuFu Electric welcomed the 24th group of trainees of the "Seagull 100 Plan," injecting strong new impetus into the company's journey towards formalization and internationalization. Thus, the "Seagull 24th" talent cultivation project officially kicked off.
Entry Ceremony

On July 3, the company held a grand "Seagull 24th Entry Ceremony" in the A1A2 meeting room. Company President Chen Hongwei, Vice President Zhao Wei, Marketing Center General Manager Zhang Haitao, Manufacturing Center General Manager Niu Mingzhan, Quality Center General Manager Ma Runyu, Operations Center General Manager Chen Qin, HR Center General Manager Diao Yingcui, Procurement Center Deputy General Manager Zhang Chunyan, Seagull 22nd representative Yang Xu, all 24th Seagull members, and their mentors gathered together to witness this important moment of welcoming new talent.

"The successful implementation of the "Seagull 100 Plan" benefits from the firm support of senior management, the company's resource investment, and the sound institutional guarantees. At the ceremony, HR Center General Manager Diao Yingcui gave a detailed introduction to the profound background of the Seagull project and the carefully planned implementation plan. She also read out the "Appointment Letters for the 24th Seagull Mentors" and, on behalf of the company, expressed a warm welcome and high expectations to the newly joined 24th Seagulls."


Through recommendations from employing departments, the formulation and review of mentoring plans, and the review and evaluation by the management committee members, excellent mentors were selected, and appointment letters were issued to all mentors. As a representative of the mentors, Li Quan, manager of the Energy Storage Quality Department in the Quality Center, delivered an inspiring speech. He pledged to complete the mentoring task with a scientific and rigorous attitude and a dedicated spirit. He also hoped that the 24th Seagulls would maintain an open and progressive mindset, dare to identify problems, dare to raise questions, and continuously improve with the spirit of "humility and endless learning."


At the ceremony, the company officially appointed the first class committee, who will assist the class teacher in promoting the entire project plan. A flag-giving ceremony was also held, symbolizing the inheritance of team spirit and responsibility.

Next, Yang Xu, project manager of the Project Management Department of the Operations Center, and an outstanding representative of the 22nd Seagulls, gave a speech, sharing his transformation journey and profound insights from campus to workplace, and encouraging the new Seagulls to embrace their careers with a mindset of "healthy living and dedicated work."

At the end of the entry ceremony, Company President Chen Hongwei delivered a welcoming speech themed "Building Dreams Together, Soaring with the Wind." President Chen first extended a warm welcome and sincere expectations to the 24th Seagulls, his words filled with affirmation of the new force and anticipation for the future. He then elaborated on the meaning of the company's "Four Seas Plan," as well as its development and talent strategies, vividly showcasing the company's vigorous development momentum and emphasizing the company's emphasis on talent cultivation and cultural adherence.
He pointed out that "success is achieved through hard work." In the face of hard work, opportunities are equal. There are no successful individuals, only successful teams. Ideas need consensus, knowledge needs to be shared, and experience needs to be shared. Therefore, the company's values are oriented towards progress, towards those who strive, and towards those who contribute; it ensures that those who contribute are not disadvantaged. He encouraged everyone to be proactive, courageous, responsible, and persistent. He firmly believes that the Seagulls will become future experts and managers of OuFu Electric, fighting side-by-side with all employees, moving forward hand in hand.

Collective Integration

From July 4th to July 10th, a series of exciting activities unfolded. To help the "24th Seagulls" gain a deeper understanding of the company, grasp the company Culture, quickly integrate into the team, and become familiar with their job responsibilities, the company carefully planned and organized a week-long "Aggressive2024" themed team-building and training activities.




During the ice-breaking team-building activities, we witnessed the vitality and energy of each Seagull. Each activity not only exercised their team spirit but also demonstrated their youthful spirit. In team cooperation, their communication skills and integration awareness gradually improved, showcasing the infinite possibilities of teamwork. The competition between groups further stimulated the Seagulls' ambition and sense of responsibility; they were courageous, dared to challenge, and demonstrated the Seagulls' strong will. In each sharing session, the Seagulls were proactive, open-hearted, and demonstrated their open-mindedness and thirst for knowledge.


By combining the wisdom of many, nothing is impossible; by combining the strength of many, nothing is unconquerable. This series of team-building activities not only deepened the Seagulls' understanding of the company but also allowed them to quickly integrate into the team in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, laying a solid foundation for their upcoming careers. In the centralized training session, Company President Chen, along with leaders from various centers, brought the "24th Seagulls" a feast of ideas and knowledge. They conducted in-depth thematic training in their respective areas of responsibility, allowing the Seagulls to gain a comprehensive and profound understanding of the company's mission, vision, values, and corporate spirit. They also gained a clearer understanding of the organizational structure, responsibilities, business processes, development strategies, and team building of various centers.



In addition, by visiting the company's first, second, and third factories and the R&D laboratory, the Seagulls gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of the company's products, processes, and technologies. They further understood the value and results of their work and were full of anticipation and confidence in the career they were about to embark on.
